Dr. Shwetha Purkanti completed her MBBS, from Prestigious Madras medical College, and MD (PSYCHIATRY) from Institute of Mental Health, Chennai.
She has been trained extensively in dealing with Stress related disorders, Old age disorders, Psychosomatic disorders & Mood Disorders.
She worked as an assistant professor teaching & mentoring younger doctors in various medical colleges in Chennai & Hyderabad.
She also works as a consultant psychiatrist in Apollo Spectra hospital, kondapur, Hyderabad.
“Samvedna” means empathy. This clinic is an effort on my part to provide STIGMA-FREE holistic mental health care with kindness compassion and empathy.
